Yarmouth Mariners 25th Anniversary Logo Reveal

Yarmouth, N.S. (July 9, 2026) – It’s July 2002 you all were getting excited for a new Junior A team that was coming to town. Then they were part of the league know as the Maritime Junior A Hockey League. Known that first year as the Yarmouth Motormart Mariners, we definitely had no idea what was in store for us.

Now as we head into our 25th hockey season, the league is known as the Maritime Hockey League @maritimehockeyleague and we’re of course the Yarmouth Mariners and this season we’ll be reflecting on how we’ve gotten here and celebrating our past as we also keep sailing on!!

What the 25th Anniversary Logo represents is explained in the lines below. These were narrated in the logo reveal reel by the teams First Captain Scott Smith.
