The Yarmouth JR A Mariners competed at the annual MHL showcase held in Pictou County NS on Monday and Tuesday. The Mariners defeated the Edmundston Blizzard by a score of 5-2 in their 1st game, and wrapping up a busy 4 games in 5 days stretch by defeating the Grand Falls Rapids by a score of 2-0 in the 2nd game. The Mariners improved their overall record to 9-1-0-1 on the season.
We are back in action this Saturday evening as we host our rivals the South Shore Lumberjacks. Puck drop will be at 7:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased online or also at the Mariner Centre box office.
